New England ATV Motocross Pro-Am Class - Round 4 - Hurricane Hills

The Pro-Am racers headed to the line next as the sun was shining brighter and the temps were heating up along with the racing action!

#172 Preston Young didn't stop in the Pro Class, Young also grabbed both NEATV-MX Pro-Am Holeshots on his Honda 450R ATV

#172 DASA / FOX Athlete Preston Young had one thing on his mind for the day, go big or go home! Young came off the line for Pro-Am moto one with another Holeshot to lead the pack into the first switch-back. From there on out, Young fought off charges from Moore who was running in second place. Moore would never look back as he kept on the gas for the entire moto to go on to secure the win.

MR Unlimited's Preston Young dominated the Pro-Am Class going 1-1 to earn first overall at Hurricane Hills on his Spastic backed Honda 450R ATV

Moto two for MR Unlimited’s Preston Young was much the same as Young took another commanding Holeshot aboard his DASA powered Honda TRX450R ATV. Young charged up the hills and kept his nose clean for the entire race as the rest of the pack scrambled behind him. This finish resulted in Young’s second overall win of the day going 1-1 and his second NEATV career Pro-Am overall win.

Wide Open Racing / FLY / Motoworks’ Travis Moore brought home another second place finish overall on the day in the Pro-Am class as he went 2-2 aboard his Can-Am DS450 ATV. Moore was struggling with his starts on the rocky soil, but eventually worked his way up to second place before the flag flew at the end of the six lap race.

Spider Graphix' #969 Travis Moore placed second in both Pro-Am Motos securing second overall in the NEATV-MX Pro-Am Class. Moore Still holds down the Pro-Am Points lead after Round 4 at Hurricane Hills

Moto one for Moore saw him coming off the line and immediately heading towards the front to pursue Preston Young. However, moto two saw him getting a mid-pack start and having to battle his way to the front. Moore finished out the weekend with a 2-2 finish for 2nd overall and maintaining his points lead for this class as well.
