Young came off the line for moto one to grab the early lead with the holeshot and lead the pack out and over the big 100-foot booter! Young from here kept the hammer down aboard his DASA powered TRX450R ATV and lead Moore for all 8 laps, taking the win even though his exhaust silencer blew off with a full lap left to go.

Pro moto two for Young was almost identical as he came off the line with a very solid second place from the holeshot behind Bluy. This time he was forced to do battle with Bluy and Moore which he found himself running in third place for the first few laps and was able to slide by Bluy coming into one of the downhill 90 degree turn sections. From here he just focused on chasing down Moore up front but was unable to catch him by the time the checkered flag flew. Young’s 1-2 finishes netted him a 2nd place overall finish on the day and keeping him in second place in the Pro points chase as well.
“We had a really solid day in the Pro class and I’m really happy with the overall finishes that I was able to get. The track was super hooked up and rough but we made the best out of it and rode our race the best that we could,” said Young.

Bluy’s first Pro moto got off to a solid start with a third place ride off from the holeshot and this is where he would remain for the rest of the race, chasing down Moore in second and Young up front in first place. Bluy continued to keep his pace and stayed smooth over the rough course to bring him a third place for the first moto.

Goldspeed’s Bluy had a great start to Pro moto two with the holeshot and early lead where he stayed for the first lap and a half when he lost the position to Moore. Bluy then battled with Young within the first few laps and then slipped back to third place where he resided until the checkered flag flew 5 laps later. Bluy has been a continual force in the Pro class and being it his first season back on the seat of a quad, he’s been doing very well!
“I’m super pumped to pull off the a third place finish in this class today. The track was just plain brutal in most of the spots and I was able to stick with Moore and Young who were both riding really smoothly up front. I rode smart and stayed clean for the entire race and we’re happy with the result! Nac’s Racing, Danny and Teresa and my whole family has been helping me out a lot and I can’t thank them enough!”, said Bluy.
