The Pro-Am class had its share of action as well.
Dillon Zimmerman came out 7th in the Holeshot but
worked his way up to battle with Bronson Bundy for
the lead. Once Dillon got around Bundy, he held
off Bundy and the rest of the pack for the entire
race, securing his first Pro-Am win of the season.
“It felt really good to take 1st. I’ve
been training really hard and I will train even
harder for the next round,” Dillon said. Zimmerman
also took home 1st for the Can-Am/Motoworks team
in Saturday’s Open A class as well. Rounding
out the Pro-Am podium was Bronson Bundy in 2nd and
#417 Josh Row.

All though track conditions were a little rough,
everyone was happy to have Mother Nature on their
side for this race as opposed to the last round
and they hope their luck will hold out for the
next WORCS race. The WORCS series will be heading
to Lake Havasu, AZ for Round #3 on March 21-23.
Anyone heading to round 3 may want to make their
hotel reservations now if they don’t already
have them as Spring Break will be in full swing
as well and accommodations in the area may be
limited.

the race track cheering him on to victory
