Wes Miller also leapt at the chance to take the driver’s seat in the Polaris RZR XP 1000 for GBC Motorsports, and he put in a great charge on Sunday battling with Hill for the third spot, but he ran into issues on the final lap, which dropped Miller back to a fifth place finish.

“It’s awesome and I am glad to be out here racing with a bunch of good drivers driving this new XP1000, this thing is amazing,” said Miller.

Despite his busy schedule as manager for Colten Moore, BC Vaught had a great run on Anderson in the first main. Trailing him closely, BC end up taking tenth after putting the Polaris XP 1000 on its side, and he went on to finish seventh in the second main event.

“The machine is in way better shape than I am. You get in, put it to the floor, hang on and have a blast. The suspension is incredible, the power is great and it is just so much fun. I have been waiting for this machine for many years,” said Vaught.

Wade Moore, father of Colten & Caleb Moore also raced at Haydays

Colten Moore also made it out to Haydays and had a large weekend pulling double duty in both the SxS and Caleb Moore Speeding with Style.  Also joining him in the SxS racing action was his father, Wade Moore. Upon the family’s arrival to the event, they were presented with a commemorative tree planted in honor of Caleb Moore’s passing earlier this year in a tragic accident in the 2013 Winter X Games.

“I think it’s awesome, they kept it a surprise, and I didn’t know about it. When I got here they finally told us about it. I went and looked at it and it’s pretty awesome they did that for him,” said Colten Moore

Along with Haydays, Colten has been very busy with his freestyle career doing shows all over the world. Recently, he has been signed with Nitro Circus and will be touring Europe with the gang for a month or two later this year, but he also plans on continuing to chase after a career in SxS racing as well. 

“I’m definitely not going to quit freestyle any time soon, but getting in the RZR is maybe one step towards getting in something new. I can’t always be back flipping stuff, so I may have to find the time to get in a cage or a car,” said Moore.
