Baron again grabbed the holeshot in moto two,
but fell back to second early in the first lap.
Baron was keeping pace with Nelson, who was in
the lead, but after going off the track late in
the race, he fell back and allowed Haagsma to
make the pass on him in the final lap, putting
Baron in third at the checkered flag, and giving
him third overall for the day. “Our Sparks
motors were ripping this weekend! I got three
out of four holeshots, so I was pretty happy about
that, and I am happy to be on the podium and see
David take the win,” said Baron.
