Mike
Bluy earned third in Moto 2 to take second
overall in the Pro ATV class |
Moto two for Bluy was much the same as he came off the line with a clean start and continued on into the rough course. Bluy kept his head down and kept clean for the remainder of the race to chase Travis Moore across the finish line in 3rd place. Bluy’s 2-3 finish netted him a solid 2nd place finish on the podium which he was very happy about considering his hard crash at Unadilla and not being able to ride before MX101.
“I just really want to thank everyone who has helped me out. Danny and Teresa at NAC’s along with the Cummings family who are going through a very hard time right now. I wish them the best of luck and hope Andy can recover soon. My Honda TRX450R was working perfectly all weekend and got me off to some great starts and stayed strong up front. It was a super rough track and it was really fast too which was really tricky with everyone racing their best. I’m stoked with my finish and I can’t wait for the next round at Twister!”, said Bluy.

“To come out here and race with Creamer, who
is a rockstar to me, is an amazing feeling and
I couldn’t be happier with how the weekend
turned out. I was out here by myself this weekend
doing all my own wrenching and working on the
quad and I am glad it went smoothly and we ended
up with some good finishes.”, said Young.
#12 Jon Hansen and Travis Moore were the two
top gunners for the top 5 positions and the
Pro motos determined Moore was the most worthy
for the 4th place position as he slipped back
to 7th place in moto one but came out fighting
for moto two and scored a 2nd place finish netting
him fourth overall.
