In the 4-Stroke A division it
was local racer KTM mounted Tony Lucarelli from
Old Forge, Pennsylvania who swept both motos
going 1-1 to take 1st place overall. Following
Lucarelli and giving him a run for his money
was K&K ATV’s South African racer
Jurie Meyer who went 2-2 on his Honda TRX450R
ATV, followed by local Honda racer Tyler Dommell
who went 7-3.

the 1st place rider by only a few seconds
& finishing in 2nd place overall |
NEATV-MX A-class veterans Mark
Gehring (5-7) and Artie Druin(4-8) took 4th
and 5th place respectively after a couple hard
fought motos on the track.
Women’s class racers were
having a battle of their own on the jump-laden
track which saw Team Southside Polaris’
Paige Whipple take another first place overall
going 1-1 on the day and extending her already
tremendous points lead. Angie Maher was hot
on the heals of Whipple and actually lead for
some time during the first moto but was later
passed by Whipple again for the lead before
the checkered flag flew.

Larrissa
Griffiths rounded out the Womens class
podium after she put her Honda TRX450R
ATV in the 3rd place position during
both motos going 3-3 |
Larissa Griffiths scored a 3rd
place overall in the Women’s class after
going 3-3 followed by Shay Honeywell going 4-5,
and Amy Thompson rounded out the top 5 by going
7-4 after a big crash up in her moto which damaged
her handlebars but was able to restart the ATV
and finish the moto.
David Nevrotski launched off the
line in his 90cc Mod class and took both moto
wins, one on Saturday evening, and one on Sunday’s
race day. Ethan Pearson got off the line before
Nevrotski in the first moto but was quickly
reeled in by the Pennsylvania native and was
bumped back to 3rd place after Kellie Moran
slipped by him aswell.

about to let the boys in the 90 Mod
class have all the hardware as she put
her COBRA ATV on the 3rd stoop of the
podium going 2-3 on the day |
In the second moto Nevrotski’s
holeshot paid off and he lead for the entire
race followed by Pearson, Moran, Chris Ruggiero
(7-4), Erin Minervini (6-7), Travis Wotring
(8-6), Brew Blackstone (5-12), Davis Eames (10-9),
and Wade Pollard (9-10).
Round 8 of the series will head
back to the switchback sands of Capeway Rovers
in Middleboro, MA on August 1st. This time the
track will features new changes to the track
to add to the already intense action as the
points battles reach a boiling point!
