ITP's Adam McGill place fifth at the Snowshoe GNCC

Precision’s Adam McGill rounded out the top five for the day. McGill had a good start, but got stuck early one. Once he got going again he had fallen back to sixth place. He pushed forward and took over third on lap three. He ran into more trouble though and got stuck a few more times on the gnarly course. He crossed the finish in fifth. McGill currently holds fourth in XC1 Pro and Overall points.
“No excuses, it just wasn’t my day. I got stuck a few times and things just were not panning out. I would make up time and then get stuck again. Looking forward to summer break and coming back strong in September,” said McGill after the race.
GT Thunder’s Jeff Pickens earned sixth on his Waynesburg backed Yamaha. Pickens was up as high as third on lap one, he battled hard he despite dropping to sixth. He battled much of the race with fellow Yamaha racer, Johnny Gallagher. Pickens pulled away from Gallagher on lap five. Pickens’ is currently ranked sixth in the XC1 Pro Class.

GBC’s Johnny Gallagher finished seventh in the XC1 Pro class. Gallagher was followed by rookie, Gabe Phillips. Phillips was the highest finishing rookie at the round. Gallagher is currently ranked seventh in XC1 Pro and Phillips holds down tenth.
Matt Hanna and Braden Henthorn rounded out the top ten in XC1 Pro. Hanna is currently ranked 14th in XC1 and Henthorn is ranked eighth.
