Precision's Adam McGill leads Chris Borich & Chris Bithell on the MX Track |
Looking to regain his top spot, Maxxis Tire’s Chris Borich went to the starting line with one goal, that goal was to win. Borich had a good start and was in the lead as the pack of pros entered the woods. In true Borich fashion, he soon let Precision’s Adam McGill take the lead. Quickly, Borich, McGill and HMF’s Chris Bithell began to pull away from the rest of the pack. As the trio came through scoring on lap one, they had put an impressive 49.172 seconds on the rest of the pro class.
IQ backed Chris Borich remained in the second spot for the next few laps. He kept pressure on McGill’s rear wheels and Bithell stayed right to his bumper. The three kept moving and continued to hold their large gap.

“We had a good day out there; me, McGill and Bithell were just having a great time and were hammer down. We just picked good lines and had fun all day. There were plenty of fans out there all day, cheering and pushing us. It was a really fun race,” regarded Borich.
Borich waited until the final lap and put on a charge to get around McGill. He took over the lead early in the final lap and was able to hold it until the checkers. This marks Borich’s sixth win this season and his 65th career win.
