Tim Farr Claims
First ATV Win for KTM in Pro Am Unlimited
|
#27 Brad Riley secured a Pro Am Production Podium
finish behind Goodman and Batista |
In the Pro Am Production class Batista grabbed the early
lead and stay out front the first 7 of the 15 lap main
event. Goodman took advantage of the option lanes and
took the lead at the halfway point of the race and pulled
away from Batista who finished 2nd followed by Brad Riley,
Josh Carter and Brandon Hill rounding out the top five.
In the Pro Am Unlimited Houston Lowder grabbed the
holeshot followed by KTM rider Tim Farr and Beebe Arkansas’
Daniel Hillian. After an accident in the 5th lap the
riders were lined up in single file for a restart with
Lowder in front followed by Farr, Hillian, Bieshke,
and all of the 18 riders in the field. In the first
turn Lowder and Farr bumped tires and Lowder was spun
around while Bieshke went off the track to avoid hitting
Lowder and allowing a big change in positions. Farr
stayed on course and had pulled away from the pack at
the checkered flag. He was followed by Carter, Hillian,
Hill, and Craig Kern of Vandalia IL.
