Nathan Wolff Wins Pro-Am Unlimited Batavia Extreme Dirt Track
::Continued::
Pro- Am Unlimited ATV MAIN RACE REPORT |
The big bores were next up on the line with the unleashing of the Pro-Am Unlimited class. With Brad Riley being a multi-time Unlimited class champion, he would surely be the one to watch as the action unfolded.

Nathan Wolff grabbed the early lead by pulling the Holeshot in the Pro-Am Unlimited Class at Batavia Motor Speedway |
Wolff Motorsports / DASA / FOX’s Nathan Wolff proved, however, that he was the man to beat as he came off the line and lead wire to wire after snagging the holeshot. Wolff put the #71 machine through its paces over the fast and high-flying course and remained mistake free for the entire fifteen laps to stake his claim on the evening.

“I got out front early and I knew I would have some threats coming in from behind me from Brad (Riley), but I knew I just had to ride my lines and stay clean and finish strong and that’s what we did. My Hoosier tires hooked up great once again for me and my Custom Axis suspension with Rath sway-bars kept the quad planted like it should be and allowed me to stay smooth and fast for the entire race.”, said Wolff.

Brad Riley placed second in the Extreme Dirt Track Pro-Am Unlimited Class |
PEP / DASA / Maxxis’ Brad Riley got off to a decent start with Michael Houghton and Andrew Evanyke in front of him out of the holeshot with him sitting in fourth place. Riley put the hammer down and made fairly quick work of the two racers in front of him as he was on a mission to head up to the front and try to run down Wolff. Once up to second place, Riley tried to make his was around Wolff but with the laps ticking away quickly and the track being fast and lose, Riley couldn’t take the chance of a mishap and settled for second place, keeping him well enough ahead in the points chase.
“I felt good out there on the quad and the DASA motor and Maxxis tires were pulling really strong even though the track was really slick. I’ve pretty much got the Pro-Am Unlimited class championship in the bag again for the year so tomorrow night will be a little easier and I can concentrate on being smooth and riding my races.”, said Riley.
Making his way back to the podium at round 7 was AE3 Motorsports / ESJ Graphic’s Andrew Evanyke rounding out the podium in third place. Evanyke was off the holeshot in good fashion in second place right behind Wolff who was leading the charge. Halfway through the race Evanyke slipped back a spot as Riley moved his way through the field but he still pressed on, keeping a fast pace and keeping Houghton from stealing away his position as well. Evanyke is a very young racer in this class and is undoubtedly one of the wildcards to watch out for with his speed and determination.

Andrew Evanyke rounded out the Extreme Dirt Track Pro-Am Unlimited Class in third |
“The track got super slick and we were all out there sliding all over the place but I was able to come out and get a good holeshot and then just run my race for the rest of the laps. Hopefully I can be back up here more often, that was a lot of fun and I’m excited for the rest of the weekend.”, said Evanyke.
