Anaheim, CA (4/3/2015)
- GBC Motorsports was well represented
on the podium in the desert this past weekend
at WORCS Round 4 in Lake Havasu City.
SXS Pro
GBC racers continued to prove their toughness
in the SXS classes as RJ Anderson piloted his
Dirt Commander tires to a 3rd place in the SXS
Pro class and a 3rd overall, gaining 20 points
on the series.

GBC's RJ Anderson grabbed the Holeshot |
After accidentally engaging the 2wd somewhere
in the first lap, he went on to complete a few
laps without the advantage of all 4 wheels powering
him through the course. This yielded slower lap
times but RJ made up for it with his impressive
driving skills, clinching a spot on the podium.
Anderson was followed across the line by fellow
GBC racer Mickey Thomas, who claimed a hard fought
4th place finish.

GBC's
Tim Wyatt finished sixth |
Teammate Tim Wyatt managed to grab the 6th spot
in the class and 11th overall. GBC racer Cody
Bradbury was charged through the pack to vie for
the win on adjusted time but broke a belt just
before the final lap. The delay pushed him back
to 8th place by the end of the race. All four
GBC racers in the top 10 were running the new
29” Dirt Commanders, available now through GBC
Motorsports dealers.
SXS Pro Stock
Ronnie Anderson had a very impressive come-from-behind
podium in the SXS Pro stock class. Getting shoved
off the track right from the start, he fell back
to 7th place only to battle it out the entire
race to come back and finish on the porium. Ronnie
in his Dirt Commander equipped RZR pulled off
a 3rd place class finish and 7th place overall,
netting him 20 points on the series.
SXS 1000
Mike Gardner put in work in the #108 SXS 1000
class out at Lake Havasu. After breaking two axles
on the first lap, Gardner piloted his Dirt Commander
equipped Polaris RZR to a 4th in his class, he
claimed 22nd overall totaling 18 points on the
day. Randy Anderson, kept the family mojo going
with a 2nd place finish in the class after leading
for much of the race.
SXS 900
Shelby Anderson cleaned up in the SXS 900 class,
carrying on the family tradition of top WORCS
finishes. Finishing 1st in her class, she was
able to pilot the #520 RZR to an impressive 6th
overall earning herself 25 points.
SXS 600 SS
We saw Ronnie Anderson put the Polaris Ace to
work in the SXS 600 SS class only to fall victim
to some mechanical errors during the race. Leading
almost the entire race, Ronnie came down a little
too hard on one of the jumps breaking a shock
mount which in turn cut the wiring harness. After
all of this he still managed to pull a 3rd place
in his class, finishing 25th overall and earning
20 points on the series.

SXS Powder Puff
Danielle Weatherly extended her SXS Powder Puff
win streak to three in a row at WORCS Crazy Horse.
Despite missing the season opener, Weatherly’s
strong performances have her atop the class standings.

ATV Classes
Over on the ATV side of things Brian Sirevaag
was able to take the GBC backed #108 machine to
a 6th place finish in the Prod A class. This netted
him a 12th overall and 15 points earned on the
series. Fellow GBC racer Logan Huff bounced back
from a DNF in the Prod A class to grab a 3rd place
podium finish in the Sport 15-29 A class.
