Then theres me, the noobs best friend who rides like a maniac and breaks stuff. I actually wasnt riding crazy today just hitting trails and must of caught a rock or a root that busted through my sidewall.

I know I'm not family to you guys but Yuckfoot is like a brother to me so I will agree with the family that rides together stays together.

Hopefully I can pick up a set of razrs this week and hit up the track soon

"Breaks stuffs" thats a under statement..... and for riding like a maniac i agree, so ya broke AGAIN this weekend.....wow dude ya need a quad thats coated in carbon fiber and tires that are military issued - ya know the combat type lol.

I found a set of Razr 4 plys for 280 that I might get but I wouldn't get them by this weekend so I might just have to borrow a tire from you till they come in.
Im gonna call around to Sandtrax, Honda of Tulsa and Dinos to see if anyone can get me a better deal. Ill have Yuckfoot give you a call or come by to get that extra tire and those old school gold rears sometime this week. Thanks man you're a life saver.

i didnt case it. the quad nos dived inbetween the jumps and when that happend i bailed and landed on my left shoulder. then the quad decided to catapolt on to me and sat there for the better part of 5 seconds. i got it on video but cant figure out how to put it on the computer. on the bright side the first race i took holeshot but i blew a tire on the first lap and still ended up with 3rd.

it was a bad day, everytime i went on the track i would blow the left rear tire off the bead. then my airbox sheared a bolt. everything was going wrong. i dont have the first race on video but i got the crash on video. we used some camcorder with one of those little tapes. any suggestions on how to get it on the computer

ok - does your cpu have firewire or usb ports,

the cam should have an out put on it and a set of cables the cables should be RCA type red, yellow, with a usb on the end of it, plug the rca red and yellow cables into your cam and the usb into the cpu and then turn on the cam, then use movie maker to down load from the cam, or if you have firewire cable hook it up to the cam (if it has firewire input) then plug into the cpu - turn the cam on and it shoud detect it and then use movie maker to download it to the cpu,

man i hope this helps - all cams are a little differant on the download process - but man we need to get that vid posted, its not everyday that ya take a spill a get it on film unless its my bro and he crashs offten lol - but i never get the shot......

if your still not able to get it - PM me and i can give ya some more info

we were borrowing my buddies cam so ill have to get it this weekend and see if that works. the shoulder still hurts but i can move it now so its getting better. thanks for asking. i hope it heals quick cause i hate not being able to ride now that all the crops are off the fields. that and i want to go back down and race that track again, i mean i cant let the track get the better of me.

Glad to hear the shoulder is doing better. I know what you mean about something getting the better of you. I had a trail get me and ended up with a radial fracture in my knee and a partially torn acl. 2 weeks later I went back and blasted all over that trail and everyone around it.

If I don't see you guys this weekend then I for sure will next weekend if you ride.

they say the break in is 5 hours, i prolly have 4 on it. i haven't really got on it yet. it's pretty quick though.. pulls extremly hard mid to top. i honestly don't know what the hp is. they advertise 9% more than the r, but who knows. they are all fast. i'm waiting to see what dasa, sparks, and ct racing come up w/ for a pipe then i'll get it dynoed.

yeah when you coast over a jump it tends to kinda drop out from under neath ya. im still trying to get the vid on the comp but im kinda dumb when it comes to them. them table tops were fun but i kinda overshot them the first time. by a long shot. so hard it knocked the headlight assembly out of my plastics and bent my bars. but live and learn. im healing pretty fast, sould be racin in no time. now all i got to wait for it money to go down there again. hows the ridin going down by you? we got a lot of snow here already so its going to be hard to ride till the trails open and the river is froze.

Good to here your getting better, dude we need to drum ya up some sponsors, your good enough... you got the balls to go for it and i know you have won several races, maybe some big MFG will hit this link and hook you up.

For the riding around here not bad, weather still in the sixty's we have started on our track just got the land brush hoged and ready to start hauling in some dirt next weekend its about 10 plus acres - looking for some ideas on the layout cant find any good sites for good layout specs, ? heres some pics.

it would be nice but i dont think anyone will wanna sponser a guy on a 400. i do live by the philosphy ( however you spell it) pin it to win it which does help in the iffy portions of tracks. im going to try b class this year since i actually have a motor that runs and dont burn a quart or oil a race and actually has some power. within this next season im going to be building a hybrid out of a parts quad i bough a while ago so im hopeing when its done i can run a class.

the land you have there looks nice for building a track, i would love to build one but dont have the equipment to do it. keeps us updated on the track progress. as far as a layout i couldnt tell you. i have looked for them before and have yet to find one. good luck with the design/build

The lake is at 723.59 ft as of right now, 12/10/08 11:36 pm.

The weather only calls for a 10% chance of rain for Fri and Sat and a 30% chance on Sun so it looks like the lake level is down enough to ride. Let me know if you wanna hit the bay or Alpha cause either way I'm down. Gotta test out my new tires and wheels.

Weather has been horrible here so we haven't been riding much.However,New Years day it got in to the mid 50's so Austin had to take a spin on his Raptor.What better way to spend the first day of the new year :)

Thanks! I know the DS is heavy but it actually handles pretty nice. I like it better than the raptor 660 he had before, even though the 660 had +2 arms cam exhaust 11:1. The DS still handles better and is faster, and much more comfortable.

The titan is a 2wd it has a CST 8in lift fox rear shocks 20x10 kmc rockstars 35x13.50x20 mickey thompson baja atz. Banks monster exhaust thats it for the exterior, tinted tail lights and 5% tint all around and 50% tint on the windshield. Im pretty sure thats it

nice. the only thing i dont like about it is the 2WD part. i will never own something that is 2WD.

Yes we have very good mountains to ride, also very good motocross tracs. And some kind of litle dunes in part of the Black see beach.
The bad thing here is that we don't have a good choise of parts for the machines and everything is very expencive.
Most of times I order from USA and the price with the shiping cost me cheaper than some bulgarian shops.:eek2:

I think its smaller than the utah little sahara but its the only good dunes in the kansas/missouri/arkansas/oklahoma area

(some sand in southwest kansas and a smaller park in oklahoma called beaver dunes)

Its actually just a pentax digital camera. if the sun is at the right angle it can take some decent pics, but its not that great for action shots. I would love to get an SLR or DSLR but i wouldnt want to take an expensive camera like that to the dunes. the sand gets in everything!

Yeah its a pretty fun place to ride, its kinda small and 4 hours away but we needed to get away from this snow for a while

yea its a few inches shorter and the rims are flipped.i had some nice pro pegs with heel gaurds on there but the tires wouldnt fit so i had to rig up some old ones off a mojave so didnt have to destroy mygood ones. i have a thread called ice* racing on here somewhere that shows the shorter swinger and stuff.

Actually guys it was 84 degrees yesterday when I sent the smart assed email, I didn't realize how warm it was due to being stuck behind a desk at work!

mak400ex - yeah brother it is awesome to be able to enjoy the riding here year round. Although the summer is interesting with 115 degree days at times. We just ride early morning 04:30 until about 11:00 am and we all wear camelback hydration systems and extra water in the trucks! I do remember the snow and cold days and looking out wishing it was warm enough to do something!

mak400ex - Funny you should mention the pictures, I'm almost to the point of taking some and posting them. Work gets in the way of having fun too often. I need to clean it up first, I did a race 2 weeks ago and haven't washed it yet! I know, there's no excuse. I will work on it tomorrow evening and try to get some picts posted!
