60ft tabletop, not that bad. I've gone bigger. 60ft table top with broken ribs... Dude your crazy. How'd you break 'em?

Tabletops dont scare me because its ok to land short. I would try almost any tabletop unless it launched you over 20ft off the table top because landing short wouldnt be ok then lol its the gaps that you have to worry about, case a landing going fast and you will never want to ride big gaps anymore

I over jumped an 80ft table top. Ended up going about 95ft :D and landed down on the flat, buggered my ribs when my chest hit the handlebars. Wasnt a whole lot of fun. :ermm: All good now, healed up and ready to head to State titles in 2 weeks. :devil:

thats my friends 05, he sold it and now he has the 2008 400ex. I did the same thing 4 times then ended up a quad landing full force on my legs. It sucks we didnt have a camera the day I finally did that but whitnesses will tell ya how I did it and got hurt haha

it was all fun until i crashed and ended up basically paralyzed from the waist down for a week lol i hate looking at the cliff everytime i go riding i just want to buldoze it and make it flat, i had it coming doing it only 2 months after I just stepped up from a 250ex to my 400ex. I was trying things that my friend has been doing for years on a 400 and i only had it 2 months. its nice to be able to say i did it...then crashed haha

It is a great place to ride. It will be a yearly trip for me. I wish I took more pics. You can check out Youtube and see some videos of the Hatfield & McCoy trails.
If you ever want to ride the Hatfield & McCoy trails check out Kieth Godfrey at www.junctioncreekside.com. It is a great place to stay and his rates are great. The house is the best, pool tables, a bar, TV's, slot machines, and video games. You can sleep over 20 people comfortable. His phone # is 304-664-2747

Sand was too soft

that crash pick is hard to understand,

you rolling down the hill ? looks like you may have broke a tie rod there too, one tire has alot of toe out

I started out going up the hill but the sand was too soft so I turned out of it and as sson as I straightened back out my front tires sunk down and pitched me forward. I gave it some gas to try to suck the rear tires back down but it was too late. The bike endoed and rolled over me. What you see in the pic is the quad already over me and on its way to being back on 4 tires. My tie rods were ok but the tires did look off in the pic. Something is amiss with my steering because I can turn my bars and the inside of the rim rubbs my tie rod. Im not to sure how to fix it yet.

Ashland/Frackville.

Such a sick place!

You can ride non stop all day and not cover the entire place. Its that coalmine that the guys lets us ride at.

Those hillclimbs are insane, ill show a pic.

The ride on the ridge there is nice also.

If thats where you go, whens the next time your plannin a trip up there, maybe we'll see you.

I ride a red 05 400ex, my dad rides a red banshee, cousin rides a blue banshee, dads employee rides a blue banshee, and his friend rides a gray yfz450.

You might see us up there every once and a while.

sorry for the cruudy pics, they were takin from a digital camera that didnt rank in mp.

We got a new one recently and next time we go i can take nicer, clearer pics.

Theres only one entrance that we know of, but people seem to get in there other-wise. Your only allowed to ride on weekends, and if you get hurt he said he never gave you permission;)

ashland/frackville have soot pits (like dunes), trails, wide-open streches, hillclimbs, etc.

And if you ever heard about the underground coalmine fires in centrailia, theres a trail by where we enter that brings you to that abandoned road, its pretty sick. It also makes an awesome drag strip:devil:

Next time we go ill let ya know and you can follow us up and we can give you a grand tour if you want. Its really easy to get lost there.

A recent pic of me...it was an uphill jump...DOESNT LOOK HIGH BECAUSE THE PIC SHOWS ME STILL GOIN OFF THE JUMP! BUT I ACUALLY GOT LIKE 7 FEET!!! lol but i got like 7ft high and like 15ft in length! wasnt too bad. when i landed i bottomed out and that **** hurt lol.

idk if i have posted in this one b4 but i guess ill giv it a go. Im 15 and this is my second race. The race was at live oak in Florida. There would have been more photo's of me but i crashed on the whoops the second race (dont remember the race at all, i got a concussion and once i woke up (like 2 min after i crashed) i was like "where am i" lol. however on the good side i didnt have to attempt to walk back to my trailor thanks to a rhino =) ).Im the only 400ex racing in the open B=). Nice jumping! Snow jumps are the best! Did you have a big front end loader to make them, or did a plow truck toss a large amount of snow where you're at! Awesome! I wish we had more snow, can you send some to North West Ohio! ;)

Thank you for your comments!

I do think they are cool but they are kinda dangerous cause they are always ending being too smooth either on the jump side or on the landing. One time, the jump actually broke up when I was taking it on 3rd gear, I got a lil scary!

I only took an Arctic Cat 650 (dad's) and
a bull to take all the snow I needed off the ground. I've also mostly built the jump with my own muscles (most than 50% of it). :p

Sorry for the poor english, I speak a lot more french than english!

I understand what you are saying! Snow is tricky, even if it is packed down good it can still move, melt and shift. That's why I only make small jumps, but if I had a pile of snow like you have, I might try it once, or 50 times :D Your dad's 650 must have some guts, they are nice!

On the wheels (ITP C-Series) jump some 30ft table tops and hit pretty hard no problem, they are not the strongest out but i do like the look also,

well they are lighter than stock not by much, here some info from the web site and the link - hit some pretty big jumps no problems

Man, tell me about it. The weather around Chicago has been so messed up that I didn't even get in any ice riding on the lakes. It'll be 10 for a couple of days then go up to 40 for the rest of the week.

I Wish! But a good friend of ours has a very nice cabbin but there and you just wake up, eat, and go riding, there are about 400ish miles of trails. In three days we went about 250 miles. But we are welcome to the cabbin any time we want. We have a trip planned around augest! I am soo excited already! lol

Whats awsome ^^^^^ is that we where aloud to ride on the rodes cuz the cops do freeking care. We where actually aloud to ride on any rode that doesn't have lines but aslong as you can not act like an idiot and do wheelies and stuff, your aloud.

the next couple, i'm stuck... but the 90 made it across! haha! But he had to pick it up and cary it across!! hahaha!! (Its his kids, it was too rough for them so, we was being a good dad and rode the 90.. I had to follow him and god, that was hillarious! He flew about 45 mph on the trails and jumped about 2ft/3ft in the air! haha)

Theres some really nice riding up here too, especially in central PA. We have all the coal mines, and you can go forever from town to town through all the coal mines. Ashland, Trevorton, Frackville, etc.

There is this H U G E bowl of hills called the superbowl. But people have actually died, so, the place is illeagal, but that doesn't stop anyone but the p...ies. Its soo awsome! It has this place thats a hidden sand dune, w/ a sand mx track and hills, ton of hills! Also, there are places to swim and such, but it you get caught, your screwed! But, you can just go hide in the woods, haha, they dont bring there cars or choppers in the woods, and yes I said choppers! hahah!!!! Its a riders PARIDISE!!!! :devil: :devil:

Even the 450's have some trouble making it up. Most banshee's only make it up for the most part.

i would think the 450's make it up easier then the banshee's because the 4 strokes have so much dam torque over the 2 strokes, but since you said theres alot of loose shale the 450's probably have so much torque they get no traction.

Actually, they get better traction then banshee's on the hills.

I think its because the 450's don't have the top end the banshee does. When they get going, they start losing steam and dropping out of power. They can't hold their power.
Nothing against the 450's, this is just what i've seen with my eyes.

Its 50/50 with the 450's. Some make it up, then some lose steam. Every single banshee I see makes it up no problem.

im sure its respectable but 52hp is pretty low for a banshee
(alot of 60+ shee's running hills)

to say the 450 is lacking this or that is funny because
the only thing it lacks is tire spin (which is waisted power)

the 4 strokes put more power to the ground because of the way
the power comes on

an 06+ 450r with just hrc kit gets you high 40's hp (46-48)

I have a hard time beleiving that all the banshee's make it
but only 1/2 the 450's

Good job Repoman, start them young. I wish I had started that young, I didn't get my first motorcylce until I was 6. My brother started my nephew riding at 3 1/2, he's 4 now with about 6 or 7 flat track races under his belt. yeah those guys were nuts.

i made the finish line jump a few times, what a fun jump:D

and TRR440ex, it wasn't a bad idea not to go. the track was almost perfect around noon, but the quads barely got to ride. i only got out there three times, it was really packed. but it was fun because we got to ride on the big track

it was fun to go only because the conditions got good, but they only let us out a few times, and one of the times i overcleared one of the doubles and went into a mud pit... so i missed one session. in the morning the conditions werent that good but it was me and like 5 other people on the track so that was fun.
