PEP's
#27 Brad Riley charged his way past #25
Chuckie Creech to take the 3rd spot on the
Podium |
“For the Pro main I got another great start
coming out second behind Harold. I put my head down
and charged hard. My bike was again working awesome.
It was so dialed in that I felt great out there
and I was able to keep a good pace. I saw Brad Riley
charging hard as the race was winding down and he
was so close I could hear my exhaust reverberate
off of his hood! I kept a good line throughout the
race, resulting in my first podium of the season.
It's been an up and down year and it felt really
good to be up there. The hard work is starting to
pay off and I’m looking forward to NC.”
said an enthused Ace.
Coming off the line in a less-than-ideal position,
Two Se7en Motorsport’s Brad Riley would have
his work cut out for him. He would settle in to
a smooth pace as the pack spread out and he would
then begin picking off other racers with precision.
Riley would eventually push his DAS Racings Honda
450R up to the third spot and settle in behind Brian
Ace. Riley would pressure Ace the entire remainder
of the main event but would never been able to make
the pass.

Wiseco’s Chuckie Creech was on the roll
coming out of the holeshot in third place. He
would continue to keep pressure on Ace and Goodman
as the laps ticked away but would soon come under
fire from Brad Riley as he put on his own charge.
Creech would hold on to the fourth place position
for the remainder of the event to bring home a
top 5 spot after battling with Michael Coburn.

#25 Chuckie
Creech held the 3rd spot till #27 Brad
Riley was able to make the pass to claim
the final podium spot with Creech finishing
in 4th place
|
Creech’s seat also came off during the
beginning portion of the race which would put
even more pressure on the #25 rider to stay on
top form. #038 Michael Coburn would eventually
succumb to issues and drop back into the pack
and would finish in 6th place after fending off
charges for the entire main.

Maxxis'
#53 Kirby Cooke rounded out the Top 5 in
the Pro Class |
Maxxis Tire’s Kirby Cooke would make the trip
for round 6 and hold on for a fifth place position
after snapping his chain earlier in the day during
his heat race. He would come off the line and continue
his charge and stay true to his form with no mistakes
in the main to round out the top 5.
“My Maxxis tires were working really well
on the slick track but I just couldn’t make
the pass on Creech. It feels good to be back and
I plan to be back on the podium for the final two
rounds.” said Cooke.
