Yamaha's
Chad Wienen AMA Pro ATV MX Pre-Season Interview ::Continued::
ATVRiders.com: You
have Walsh Race Craft as a sponsor and we
heard they have really been accommodating
since you have been down in Florida.
Chad Wienen:
Yes, they have really been great to work with.
They have basically given us an open door
and anything we want is available to us. It’s
a great atmosphere and they are on the same
page as us. We have been working with them
on R&D and getting the quad dialed in
according to my riding style, which isn’t
always easy.
Chad Wienen has a brand new program
this year including new sponsors &
Yamaha ride. Wienen will be racing the
2012 AMA ATV MX Season aboard his Wienen
Motosports Yamaha YFZ450R backed by
SSi Decals, Yamaha Racing, Fox Racing
Shox, Walsh Race Craft, Maxxis Tires,
Hinson Racing, Precision Racing, Rath
Racing, & many others
ATVRiders.com: You
recently posted a video of you riding your
new YFZ450R on your website, wienenmotorsports.com,
and you look like you haven’t missed
a beat!
Chad Wienen:
I feel really good! I feel 100%. I have been
working really hard to come back even stronger
and better than before my crash. Even before
I was able to start riding again, I was on
the stationary bike and doing everything I
could just to be up and active instead of
sitting on the couch. I have been taking every
precaution to make sure I’m safe and
doing everything right. I am exactly right
where I want to be.

ATVRiders.com: What
do you think has been the biggest factor in
your recovery?
Chad Wienen:
Well, I have been sticking with the TOP program
and working closely with my chiropractor back
home. I was in the best shape of my life before
the crash, thanks to the TOP program, and
I think that was a major factor in making
my recovery go so well and getting me back
to the level I was before.
Chad
Wienen has been training in Florida
with the help of the TOP program during
the winter months to prepare for the
upcoming AMA ATV MX Pro Championship
Series. He also has been racing in a
local Florida Motocross series called
