Three
tone color matched seats are not only
comfortable, but they add to the custom
look of the Teryx4 LE |
One thing that really makes the Teryx4 LE models
stand out from the rest is the bright Candy
Lime Green Metallic and Candy Burnt Orange Metallic
color options. The automotive style paint finish
is brilliant for both colors, and the control
arms and shock springs are color matched. This
really cool tie in gives the Teryx4 a trick
custom look and it separates the LE model from
a standard version, so the consumer has that
individual feel for their money spent. The interior
also gets the color blend as the seats are custom
stitched to tie it all together, which makes
the Kawasaki Teryx4 a great looking SxS.
After hearing about all the updates, we couldn’t wait to hit the Paiute Trail System the next day for our drive from Beaver to Marysvale. The next morning, we headed out of town early for a full day of driving and photos.

Despite its 61.6 inch width, we were still able to fit it down 60 inch width trails! |
The Kawasaki Teryx4 width is officially listed
at 61.6 inches, which made it really tight passing
through some of the 60 inch gates on the Paiute
Trail, but it just fit. The trail was not only
tight, but it had several really technical sections
that worked the Teryx4’s suspension. This
made the performance of the new FOX Podium shocks
shine.
The articulation seems limited by looking at
the numbers, but it was our experience that
the big four-seater could crawl when it needed
to as well as soak in the sudden hits from passing
rocks, which seemed to popup out of the ground
without notice or we were just enjoying the
scenery too much to notice them ahead of time.
 |
As we began on climb, the trail took us to many scenic overlooks of the valley below |
The FOX suspension surely made a positive impact on the Teryx4, but we did however notice that the suspension performed better when Teryx4 was fully loaded with 4 passengers compared to driving solo. With only the driver, the suspension was on the stiff side, but once fully loaded, the suspension settled in and provided a smoother ride.

We
took a lunch break at the Big John Flat
at an elevation of 9,954 feet above sea
level. Just to give you perspective, just
46 more feet and we could legally use
our portable electronic devices if we
were on an airplane! |
We took a short lunch break at Big John Flat at an elevation of 9,954, which had some breath taking views of the Mt Belknap and the surrounding mountains. As we continued our climb to over 11, 500 feet in elevation along Mt Belknap, which was over a mile higher than the town of Beaver, Utah.
