Moto two again saw Upperman take his third holeshot of the weekend, but this time Wienen was on a mission and determined to win. Near the mid-way point of the moto, Wienen took the lead from Upperman and checked out. Wienen would put a nice gap between him and the competition before crossing the finish line. Wienen’s 3-1 would give him second overall for the day.

Wienen’s Moto two win was more than enough to seize the DWT World MX Pro ATV Championship. “It feels really great to be able to come out here and take a championship for Can-Am and Motoworks, especially since it’s my first year on a new bike and we are still doing a lot of fine tuning to get ready for nationals. I really have to thank Ryan Cox and the rest of the crew for all of their hard work more than ever after everything that happened this weekend. They really are the best,” stated Wienen.
