Can-Am’s Collins Webster went 5-5 for the day to earn fourth overall. Webster got a rear pack start in the first moto and had to work his way through the pack.
“I was grateful for the 20 minute motos because it gave me a lot of time to catch up,” regarded Webster about the first moto.

Webster got off the gate well in the second moto, but got pushed around a bit was again set near the back of the pack. The GPS Tires’ racer was aboard his WORCS set up Can-Am DS 450 ATV because his motocross quad wasn’t quite ready. He was able to make progress and move from seventh to fifth position throughout the eleven lap race.
“I had a good race for being on my WORCS quad. It was a stress free weekend thanks to my sponsors. I can’t thank Can-Am, GPS Tires, FMF, Exit Shocks and Fast Co. enough,” said Webster.
The #25 Jon Glynn raced his Can-Am for fifth overall. The Hilmar, CA racer finished 7-4 respectably. Glynn was followed by Tanner Gemprele who went 6-8 on his Yamaha to earn sixth for the weekend. Josh Row took fourth in the first moto but only made one lap in the second moto giving him seventh overall.

Even Spooner, #56, took eight for the weekend with 9-6 finishes. Dylan Dixon and Tony Baxter rounded out the top ten for the weekend.
Round two of the Yamaha Quad X Series is set to take place Sunday April 14th at Race Town, California. There is no doubt that the competition will be top notch as Haagsma fights to keep his number one plate from the top racers in the west.
