Southside Polaris / Mystik Lubricants / Gravely’s Cody Paolella came out of the first Pro-Am holeshot with a third place spot but within the next two corners had moved into first place around Hickson and Glynn who took the holeshot. Paolella was on a roll until a mistake came about on lap 2 allowing Young and Glynn to slip back by. The top three remained this way for the rest of the six laps with Paolella coming away with third place.

Mom & Dad / Goldspeed / FLY’s Cody Paolella came out with another third place spot in the holeshot for moto two. This time however, Paolella took over second place from Hickson coming into the first downhill section and then pursued Nick Gennusa who had taken the holeshot. Paolella remained clean for the entire moto and came away with a second place finish for a 3-2 finish set equaling a second place overall for himself.

Wienen Motorsports / FOX / Walsh’s Nick Gennusa from New Jersey made an appearance for this round of NEATV racing and was able to get a Pro-Am podium for himself. Gennusa came out of the first holeshot in fifth place and was unable to make any moves on the other racers for the entire slippery, six lap moto and was forced to remain to fifth place.

MAXXIS / Quad-Tech / FMF’s Nick Gennusa had a different game plan for the second moto however, and that was to win. Gennusa put his Malaska Motorsport’s engine to work and ripped a big holeshot ahead of the rest of the pack. This time, with a fairly dry track ahead of him, Gennusa stayed mistake free for the entire six laps and remained in first place until the checkered flag flew. This result, 5-1, gave Gennusa enough points for a third place on the podium for the Pro-Am class.

The next round of the NEATV-MX series will head back North to the forests of Maine for round ten of the series at MX 207 in Lyman, Maine on September 13-14th.
