Preston Young Wins MX 101 NEATV-MX ATV Motocross
::Continued::

R&J Machine / Moto-Xperts' Jayden Hickson went 2-4 in the Pro-Am class to secure his best finish of the season and was very happy about it. Hickson came off the line and was barely edged out of taking the holeshot and slipped in behind Young and chased him down the entire first moto and stayed in his true form to finish in a comfortable second place spot.

Elka Suspension / Fly's Hickson battled hard in the second moto as well with anther solid start but this time had other foe's to deal with. Cody Paolella, a newcomer to the Pro-Am class but a long time NEATV racer, was in the mix for this moto after a tenth place finish for moto one. Hickson battled Paolella for a few laps along with Moore who also was able to slip by Hickson by the end of the race. Hickson's spot on the podium was still secure however which had him smiling on the podium.

"It's awesome to be up here with these guys and mixing it up! This is definitely one of my most favorite tracks on the circuit with the sandy and loose soul I like it a lot and I'm happy with the ending. I can't thank my sponsors enough along with my dad and Terry Harkness for all the help this year!", said Hickson.

Can-Am / Wide Open Racing / Fly's Travis Moore had his work cut out for him in the Pro-Am class as well. Moore came off the line in a mid pack start and battled with Canada's Keven Vechon and Yamaha's Steve Deiana and finished in a fifth place spot for the first moto.

Spider Graphix / DWT's Moore faired better in the second moto, however with a solid start and ability to work his way around a few racers including Hickson for third place but was unable to catch Paolella who was running in second place. This set of finishes for Moore put him in third place overall and on the verge of an extremely heated championship points battle heading into the finale.

"I can't wait to head back to AK Farms, it's a real motocross track with a lot of technical terrain and areas that will separate the men from the boys and it should be a very interesting season finale that's for sure! We will be training our hardest out of the entire season as will be coming in as prepared as possible.", said Moore.
