Josh Creamer came out to win the 2nd Open
Pro-Am Moto with Joe Haavisto once again
winning the Overall |
With Lewis out of action, Creamer took over
the lead and put a five second lead on second
place Haavisto. Creamer went on to take the
Open Pro-Am moto two win, but Haavisto’s
1-2 finish earned him the top spot on the podium,
followed by Michael Pilotte in second, and Justin
Hoffler in 3rd.
In the Women’s class, Amy Thompson claimed
a 3-1 finish, which earned her 1st place overall
and increased her points lead to 251 points,
while Paige Whipple’s 1-3 finish had her
finishing in 2nd and has her resting comfortably
in 2nd place of the points race with 232 points.
Tiffany LaClair took third overall this weekend
and now holds third in the points race with
204 points.

In the 4-Stroke Expert A class, Joe Fratus
claimed the overall win with series points leader
Jon Hansen in 2nd and Max Anderson’s consistent
4-4 finish earned him the final podium position.
In Open Expert A, it was Joe Fratus who took
home the win, followed by Utopia/ASV sponsored,
Jesse Onesti in 2nd and series points leader
Ralle Rookey finished his day in 3rd place overall.
The mud didn’t seem to bother Luke Brown
in the 0-50 Limited class as he went on to take
the overall win, followed by Deven Fontaine
in 2nd and Jacob Jean in 3rd. Dominic Moschett
took the win for the 71-90 Modified class while
Dana Rinaldi’s 3-3 finish pt the number
977 AVT in 2nd place and series points leader
Ryan Dupont finished in 3rd place overall.

his win in the 51-70 class moved him up

Meanwhile, in the 71-90 Auto Junior class, Ryan
Dupont has an incredible 103 point lead over second
place Cody Paolella who has earned 197 points
so far this season, while Chris Kearny holds onto
third with 184. In the Youth 200/300 class, Dylan
Murcott’s overall win has increased his
points lead to 219, while Justin Cyr is 30 points
behind in second place with 189 points.
Racers will be hoping for drier, more favorable
conditions at round six, which will head to
Middleboro, MA on July 20th. The 60 acre facility
of Capeway Rovers Motocross, the oldest motocross
track on the East coast, will be hosting all
the action as the points battles begin to heat
up as the NEATV-MX reaches its halfway point
of the 2008 season.
