Guard's Jarrod McClure worked his way
up to seventh place before crossing
the finish after getting a bad start

National Guard / Yokely Racing’s Jarrod
McClure didn’t get the greatest start
when his quad wouldn’t fire on the first
kick, but McClure hung in there and began
to work his way up from ninth place. “It
was a really single lined track and it was
tough to pass. I got kind of a bad start and
was in the back with Borich and McGill, but
I just kept going and worked my way up as
much as I could,” said McClure, who
finished in seventh place.
Kevin Yoho rode in eighth place from start
to finish, while Jeff Pickens was able to
work through from the back of the pack to
finish in ninth.
The brutal track took its toll on Johnny
Gallagher who was holding the number seven
spot off the start. Gallagher began to drop
back in lap two but held on to round out the
top ten.
