Can-Am
/ Warnert Racing's #3 Adam McGill finishes
in the 3rd spot |
Can-Am/Warnert Racing’s Adam McGill was
looking strong as he started off in second and
was on a mission to take over the lead, and just
before the end of the second lap, he got his way
when he made the pass on Brain Wolf. McGill was
not able to hold the lead, however, as Wolf and
Chris Borich slipped by him in the fourth lap.
“There were a lot of people stuck all over
the place in the mud and it slowed me down,”
said McGill.
McGill would hang on to finish in third place
and is hoping to win the final two rounds of
the series. “I’m just going to go
out there and give it everything I have and
hopefully come away with the win,” he
concluded.

National
Guard/Yokely Racing’s Jarrod McClure
Takes a Top 5 Finish |
National Guard/Yokely Racing’s Jarrod McClure
started out in the top three, but dropped back
after getting stuck in a mud hole, allowing Chris
Bithell and Chris Borich to get by him. McClure
fell to fifth but was holding strong. McClure
stayed in the number five spot for four laps,
rounding out the top five at the finish line.
Donnie Ockerman started out inside the top
ten and charged his way into the number six
spot in the third lap after battling with Taylor
Kiser. Ockerman kept a steady pace and was able
to move into the number six spot after Chris
Bithell fell back, where he would stay until
reaching the checkered flag.
Jeff Pickens started inside the top ten and
moved into eighth place early in the race. Pickens
would waver back and forth, but reached the
number seven spot before crossing the finish
line.
Kevin Yoho worked his way into the top ten
by the end of the first lap and kept his forward
momentum going. Yoho kept pushing and was able
to move into eighth place before reaching the
checkered flag.
Can-Am/Warnert Racing’s Chris Bithell
started out in the top five and made steady
progress as he worked his way up to the number
three position in the third lap. Bithell fell
back to fourth, however, after Chris Borich
made the pass on him in lap four. Bithell looked
as if he was going to make a charge for the
podium, but he would encounter issues after
his radiator was impaled by a stick and coolant
began to leak and also a blown fuse late in
the race and caused him to fall back to finish
in ninth place.
