In the Pro-am Unlimited class, Kirby Cooke would
grab the holeshot, with Chuckie Creech right on
his grab bar. The pair would battle, and as Creech
would go for the pass, they would connect, sending
Creech off the track and to the back of the pack.

Michael Coburn, who was not far behind Cooke
would soon take over the lead and take the Pro-am
win. “This was the first time I have run
all three classes like this and I have to admit
with the heat and humidity this weekend, I did
get a little tired, but it was fun and well worth
it,” Coburn stated.

Kirby Cooke held on to claim the 2nd spot
ahead of Casey McKibben's, which allowed
Cooke to gain some points on class leader
Brad Riley who finished 17th |
Kirby Cooke would hang on for a respectable second
place finish, with Casey McKibben finishing in
a close third.

The number 414 Yamaha of Daniel Chepkauskas would
hang on for a fourth place finish and Chuckie
Creech would fight his way back to finish in fifth.
Brad Riley and Frank Batista would connect not
once but twice in the Pro-am Unlimited class,
which would put both of them toward the back of
the pack on the finish.

In the Women’s class, Paula Shank would
come on strong to win both her heat race and the
Women’s main event. Bailey Williams was
looking fast and consistent as she charged her
way to the number two spot, while Andrea Creech
would hang on for third. Stephanie Rehagen would
claim a solid fourth place finish and Darion Keister
would round out the top five in the Women’s
class.
Round number five of the 2010 Extreme Dirt Track
series is scheduled for July 24th – 25th
at Pine Lake in Ashtabula, OH, which is a preferred
facility by many racers and should see a good
battle between Michael Coburn and Brad Riley as
they battle for the Pro class win.
