Josh Creamer - Can-Am DS450 ATV

BCS Performance's#9 Josh Creamer went 1-3 for 2nd Overall on the Podium in his 2012 AMA Pro ATV MX debut

In moto two, Creamer didn’t get as good of a start as he did in moto one, but he charged his way into third quickly and began to pressure John Natalie for second. The pair battled back and forth several times, much to the delight of the crowd. Creamer recorded his fastest lap of the moto in lap seven and kept on the gas, but it wasn’t enough to keep Natalie from remounting a charge. Creamer fought hard and took a very close third in moto two, giving him the number two spot on the pro podium.

“I want to thank all the fans out there for all of their support. It was great to hear everyone when I was out there battling it out. I wanted to come out here and get on the box this weekend and I did that so I can’t complain. I’ll be back again at Red Bud and hopefully take a win. I want to thank Can-Am, Jason and BCS Performance, Walsh, and everyone for all of their help and support,” stated Creamer.

John Natalie Jr- Can-Am DS450 ATV

DWT's #1 John Natalie Jr rounded out the podium with a 3-2 finish

Can-Am/Motoworks’ John Natalie, Jr. did quite get the start he was hoping for in the first moto and was back in about sixth place. Natalie, however, was not going to settle for that and put the hammer down. Natalie charged his way through traffic, picking of Thomas Brown, Josh Upperman and even his teammate, Joel Hetrick. Natalie took over the number three spot with only a few laps left in the moto and had an 11 second gap, but he kept charging forward and closed the gap a bit before taking third at the checkered flag.

“There was some great racing today. I had to spend a lot of energy in the first moto trying to work up and for moto two, I just gave it everything I had and it was a really good race. I always want to win, but I still finished on the podium and salvaged some points. There’s still four motos left in the season and anything can happen so things could get real interesting at Loretta’s,” said Natalie.

Can-Am/Motoworks’ Joel Hetrick was in mid-pack off the start but put in a solid run and worked his way around Thomas Brown and Josh Upperman to take over third at the midway point. Unfortunately, Hetrick could not hold off his charging teammate and fell back for a fourth place finish in the first moto.

Joel Hetrick - Can-Am DS450 ATV

Can-Am's #88 Joel Hetrick went 4-4 for fourth overall

In the second moto, Hetrick was in fifth of the start and battled it out with Thomas Brown for several laps. The pair swapped positions several times before Hetrick was able to make the pass stick and pull away slightly. After a few more laps, Hetrick put a comfortable gap between himself and the rest of the pack and cruised to a fourth place finish in moto two for fourth overall for the day.
