John Natalie Jr - Motoworks / Can-Am DS450

John Natalie, Jr. will be joining the Can-Am Motoworks
team for the 2010 AMA ATV Motocross Championships.
This will be Natalie’s third season aboard
the Can-Am DS450 and he is looking forward to what
he hopes is his best season yet. “Motoworks
has done a lot of testing on the Can-Am and they
have had a lot of success with the DS450. They also
have a really good program in place so I think I
will do well this season,” stated Natalie.
Last season, Natalie finished seventh in the
points chase, and this season, he is looking to
be a regular fixture on the podium. “I’ve
been training a lot and I am looking forward to
coming back and taking a championship this year,”
stated Natalie. “We have the can-am’s
pretty much dialed in and we will be ready to
go in Alabama.”

In addition to his busy training schedule, the
off season has also been a little hectic in Natalie’s
personal life as well, as he and his wife Michelle
welcomed a new daughter, Lexus Jayden, who was
born on March 11th. “Everything is going
really well so far, except for a little less sleep,
but Michelle and the baby are doing great. They
are here in Florida with me while I’m doing
a little training before the season opener and
they will be traveling to most if not all of the
races with me this season,” said Natalie.
For 2010, Natalie’s goals are simple. “I
want to win the championship,” he said.
“I think I have an advantage over a lot
of other riders this year. I don’t have
to get used to a new bike like some of the other
guys, and I am very comfortable on the Can-Am,
so I think that will work to my advantage.”
John Natalie has proven he has what it takes
to be a champion after taking the 2005 AMA ATV
Motocross championship and the 2007 WPSA Pro Quad
title. Natalie is determined to reclaim his championship
status in 2010 and with the support of the Can-Am
Motoworks team; his goal is certainly within reach.
