The GBC Pro Armor team, who had taken an early
lead would run into trouble at the mid point when
Jeff Pickens would hit a tree, breaking a spindle
in the process. Pickens would limp his quad back
to switch out to their second machine.

The #4 Dirt Works Motorsports Team may have
claimed the win, but it didn't come easy
as they swapped positions with both #3 Engineering
& #2 GBC Pro Armor Team nearly 10 times
throughout the race as their was 10 Different
Pro ATV lead changes throughout the 10 hour
race, which kept it an extremely exciting
race to watch even though there were only

The team would lose more than six minutes due
to the wreck, but Jarrod McClure would take over
in the final laps and make up an incredible five
minutes in just four laps to close the gap to
within two minutes before crossing the finish
line. “I really like this race because it
turns an individual sport into a team effort.
I wish we could have taken the win, but I that’s
racing,” said McClure.

The final spot on the Pro ATV Podium went to
the hometown HFM Engineering team. The HFM team
battled hard for the lead early in the race and
would lead several time throughout the ten hour
event, but would fall to the number three spot
in the 37th lap and hold that position all the
way to the finish line.
