Walsh Race Craft's Cody Gibson Wins , Kyle Fix & Nick Moser Podium

New Berlin, NY (7/19/2012) – Walsh Racecrafts Cody Gibson once again proved he is the man to beat as he claimed 4 moto wins this past weekend at the Can Am ATV MX national held at the infamous Unadilla Sports Complex. Gibson's performance in Pro Am Production was another stellar ride as the young racer powered his way around the home of horsepower. Going 1-1 on his birthday was icing on the cake as the entire Walsh crew celebrated another dominating performance.

# 74 Kyle Fix grabbed the holeshot & second place overall at Unadilla

The intensity of the action behind Gibson was as intense as ever as Kyle Fix and Nick Moser put in another bar banging nerf rubbing weekend as the pair sorted things out lap after lap. Fix managed to fend off charge after charge from Moser, going 2-2 for second with Moser claiming a 3-3 performance for third overall. Fix was ecstatic as he thanked all his supporters, fans and sponsors from the podium.

4 Stroke A would see an epic battle unfold between Travis Spader and Nick Gennusa as the two racers put in an awesome race for the fans with Gennusa coming out on top in both motos. Spader and Gennusa have been training together and it showed as they pulled away from the remainder of the field and had their own battle lap after lap. Gennusa would podium in three classes here at Unadilla and expects more success as he continues improving his program.

#15 Nick Gennusa won the 4-stroke A Class & took podium in both the Production A Class & 450A Class
Joe Byrd Racing's #14 Adrienne Cooper went 1-1 placing her first overall in the Women's class

The Women's would see a three way battle develop with Adrienne Cooper coming out on top. Kattie Mette would go 2-2 and Chloe Buerster 3-3 to round out the podium. The excitement for those watching closely however would come in 4 Stroke B as Mette and Buerster put in incredible rides taking 2nd and 3rd respectively against some strong competition.

The Unadilla round attracts northeastern racers and this year was no exception. Polaris mounted amateurs racked up wins in several classes. Edward Bandel and Cody Paolella are two names you will find marked as winners this round after putting in impressive rides in several classes. Canadian racers also make the trek to New York to do battle and KTM mounted Derek Esson found success in Vet 30 C as the Ontario resident rode to a 2-1 overall win.

Youth ATV Racers

The Youth racers once again showed all in attendance some of the best racing of the weekend. Tyler Mack, Cole Sepesi, Cam Covil, Sam Rowe and so many more put themselves on top here at Unadilla. Mack and Sepesi once again battled relentless with the pair swapping wins in Super Mini 13-15 with Mack coming out with the overall. The duo would find each other again racing out front in 90 Mod 12-15 with Mack again claiming the overall with his 1-1 performance. Maci Devenport would claim another win in Girls 12-15 .
