Beau Baron Wins Third Straight
Honlulu Hills WORCS
::Continued::
Josh Row, who had been in the hunt all race,
inherited the third spot when Sloan retired from
the event. Row returned to WORCS on a Honda after
competing in desert racing events for the last
two years. He had Baron to thank for getting him
back on a quad.

Row made an impressive return to WORCS Racing
by claiming the final spot on the Pro ATV
Podium |
“I haven’t gotten to ride a quad in a long time,
and I was having a blast running with these guys,”
said Row. “Toward the end, I figured out how to
ride a quad again. Beau is the main influence
on this. Beau and Mike Cafro redid my motor and
got it all back going again. It is cool to have
those guys behind me and to come back to WORCS.
I had no expectations; I was just happy to be
riding quads again.”
Duncan Racing’s Mike Sloan was in the running
for the final podium spot until he suffered a
mechanical issue in the final laps, which dropped
him off the podium.

Pro Rookie, Jerry Maldonado, who made a splash
in his first pro season of WORCS racing by finishing
fifth in the first race and third at the last
race, injured his wrist since Primm, so he will
miss several rounds of racing, and we wish him
a speedy recovery.
