“I didn’t get a great start, so I just tried
to stick on RJ,” said Bradbury. “Then I passed
him on the first lap. I had a bit of a clutch
issue, so he got back past me, but he fell out
with a differential issue. We battled the whole
race. I got a little lead and got the win. This
is my first win so it’s pretty cool. I’ve been
running up front but haven’t really been able
to put it all together. Today it just clicked.”

Evans Racing's #22 Cody Bradbury recorded
his second win of the day in the Pro Unlimited
SxS Class |
RJ Anderson pulled the holeshot and battled Bradbury
throughout the race, running nose to tail and
side by side through the grueling course. “That
was one of the most fun races I’ve had here at
Sand Hollow,” said Anderson. “I got into the dunes
and it was so gnarly. It was like a white out.
I honestly thought that I had gotten lost for
a minute. I took a bad line and Cody flew past
me. So I hooked onto him and then Matt Hancock
got into it. We ran bumper to bumper from there.
Cody and I swapped the lead a bunch of times.
We ran up the dunes door to door on the second
to last lap. I had issues with my differential,
so I had to baby it a little bit on the final
lap.”

WORCS with a 2nd place finish |
Piplic overcame a tough start and cooling issues
to finish third. “I had a disastrous start; everyone
was tangled up and I had to fight my way up from
last,” said Piplic. “Then I had some overheating
issues. I managed to salvage a third place.”
