Racing SxS Wins
::Continued::
Nick Thompson drove from a second-row start to
snag the last spot on the podium.

Madigan
Motorsports' Nick Thompson secured his first
podium finish of the season with a third
place finish in the Pro Stock SxS Class |
“This was a hard-fought podium,” said Thompson.
“I got a good start, but it was tough going through
the lappers. I had to get rough a couple of times
to get people out of the way, but I got it on
the box.”
In Pro Unlimited, Bulloch passed Ryan Piplic
going into one of the arena sections and set sail
from there to score the double. It marked Bulloch’s
first Pro Unlimited victory. Piplic finished second
and Beau Baron was third.

Evans Racing's Ray Bulloch secured his 2nd
win of the weekend in the Pro Unlimited
SxS Class |
“It was a gnarly course out there,” said Bulloch.
“I love this new type of racing in the arenas
and it really tested me as a driver. You have
all the different surfaces, and the different
lighting as you go in and out of the arenas, so
I had to really hold it together.”
FOX’s Ryan Piplic was glad to survive the weekend
and finish on the podium. He was quick to point
out that Bulloch was the man to beat.

Maxxis'
Ryan Piplic grabbed the Pro Unlimited SxS
Holeshot by edging out Ray Bulloch with
Piplic finishing in the 2nd spot |
“I got the holeshot, but when I came into one
of the arenas an official forced me around an
obstacle so I lost a position there,” said Piplic.
“This track has proven to be destruction central
for me so I was glad for my finish here. Ray was
out there and I chased him around the track. Ray
did a great job…he earned this one.”
Beau Baron rounded out the top three in the Pro
Unlimited race to secure his third podium finish
on the weekend of racing.

TireBlock's
