“To get this No. 1 plate back is huge,” added
Piplic. “I’ve worked so hard to get it and finished
second the last two years, fighting Beau. I finally
did it. Consistency won the championship this
year.”
In fact, Piplic brought out the new Polaris RZR
Turbo for its second race and dominated the Unlimited
race.

“I brought out the new Polaris Turbo to these
last two races to try to break it,” explained
Piplic. “I wanted to see what it could do and
we got the win. I overheated it at the last race
at Glen Helen. We got those issues taken care
of. The Turbo ran phenomenal today.”
Codey Rowley won the Pro Stock Sxs race and,
in the process, won the championship. Josh Frederick
finished second and earned a spot on the podium.
He drove a Holtz Racing Side by Side equipped
with hand controls in the race. Corbin Wells rounded
out the top three.

In SxS 1000 class, Bryce Lamont won his first
race of the season, edging out Payton Mills by
four seconds. Blake Barnum was third. “I’m pretty
pumped to get my first win at the last race of
the season,” said Lamont. “I had a great battle
with both Blake Barnum and Payton Mills.”

In the Ace event, Ronnie Anderson beat out Jacob
Shaw for the victory. In Youth 600, Kenny Sanford
won ahead of Skylar Bullock.
