Robbie Mitchell placed fourth on his Honda 450R ATV |
Robbie Mitchell took fourth in the class. Mitchell put his Honda up front and was in second for the first three laps. He dropped to third and then fourth on lap five. He continued in fourth until lap nine when he fell to the fifth spot. He rallied and took back the fourth position just one lap later and remained there until the checkers. Mitchell currently holds third in the class points.
Dustin Nelson grabbed the holeshot on his Yamaha. He ran with the lead and held the first position until lap five. He received the pit board to pit next lap when bad luck put a damper on his day.

“I got a flat mid-way through the race. I pitted and had it fixed, but I was way down on time. I was charging to pass for fourth when I clipped a huge rock and was tossed to the ground. I bent my axle really bad when that happened and it was a survival race from there,” explained Nelson. Nelson is currently tied for fifth place with Row.
Collins Webster, Dillon Zimmerman and Garrin Fuller rounded out the class for the round.

There are only three rounds left of WORCS racing this season! The seventh round will be held at the Glen Helen in Devore, California. The racing action will be intense as the battle for points gets shorter and the desire to win grows. Tune in to the next super event August 9th -11th.
