Johnny Hale, unfortunately, ran into mechanical
issues early in the moto, which ended his day
early, and caused him to sit out the second
Pro-am moto and the Open Expert class.

In the second Pro-am moto, Cody Miller grabbed
the holeshot, followed by Hunter Miller and
Austen Dinger. Hunter Miller stayed close to
Cody Miller and late in the race, Hunter Miller
was able to make a pass in the rhythm section
of the track and took it all the way to the
checkered flag for the moto two win, which also
gave him the overall. “I had a pretty
good line picked out in the rhythm section and
I got by Cody. We are on basically the same
set-up, but I think by quad was just a little
bit better than his today,” joked Hunter
                                  Miller.
Cody Miller stayed in a close second, but was
unable to close the gap enough to make a pass
before reaching the finish line for second overall,
while Austen Dinger’s 3-3 finishes put
him in the final spot on the Pro-am podium.

"I just stepped up to the Pro-am class
this year and it has been a lot of fun. The
track was fun and had good lines and it was
a good weekend for me,” said Austen Dinger.

In the first moto, Shinn battled it out with
Hart Walker and Austen Dinger, but was only
able to come away with a third place finish
in the first moto. In the second moto, Shinn
got the early lead and pulled a nice gap for
the moto two win, which gave him the overall
                                  for the day.
Hart Walker’1-3 finishes gave him second
on the Open A podium and Austen Dinger’s
consistent 2-2 finishes put him in third.
In the 14-24 Open class, Pake Shinn was again
successful in his efforts as he claimed second
in the first moto and took the win in moto two
                                  for the overall.
