SSI's Chase Snapp Wins TQRA's Raw MX
::Continued::

Quad racing is a family sport. What way for fathers and sons/daughters to bond over a 3 day weekend of racing. The Dinger and Dill families are perfect examples. Austen Dinger #88 and Kill Dill #44 race together in the "Open A" class and are fierce competitors on the track. They may come from different states but more alike than anyone can imagine. The common thread is the love of quad racing and 2 dedicated dads. Countless hours of training, many hard earned dollars, numerous pep talks, and a $5.00 broom to prepare these boys for the race before them. Even tho they have battled it out several times this year, Dinger took the overall win for the day followed by Zachary Rose #27 and Dominic Moore #19.

Aaron Hansen & Pake Shin
#58 Pake Shin took first overall in Open B ATV Class
The dark horse of the day was Aaron Hansen #14. Aaron suffered a serious crash during round 4 but re-focused and meant business this weekend. He took the holeshot in the "Open B" and "Open Quad" classes. Hansen also lead the "Open B" class for over 3 laps before Pake Shin #58 worked his way around him to take the checkered flag. Way to come back strong Aaron.

It is always fun to watch the "Youth Co-ed" class. There is a three way battle brewing between Jose Correa #524, Ashleigh Offutt #20 and Creed Willhoite #55 but Round 5 belonged to Jose. He was ripping up the Oklahoma red dirt and took home the win in the "Youth Co-ed " & " Sport/ Blaster" classes. The "Sport/ Blaster" class has been dominated by Hart Walker #14 all season but Jose was unstoppable. The points race is getting tight in both classes. It will be interesting to see who will be on the top podium spot come October.

The Holeshot was so close between Tyler Fortin #14 and Bryce Ford #44 in the Mini sr class that it had to be reviewed by video. After reviewing the video the Holeshot award belonged to Fortin. Austin Gaines received his first 1st place of the season in "Mini Mod." Andrew McWilliams showed a strong performance and took the checker in the "Peewee Junior"
