Dustin Nelson Wins Canyon MX Quad X ATV Motocross

The second moto went much better for Baron, “I grabbed the holeshot and never looked back. My Sparks motor ripped me off the line and my Maxxis Tires hooked up in all the right places,” regarded Baron who took the moto win by 14.982 seconds. Baron currently holds third in the points chase.

Garrin Fuller earned fourth on his Honda after finishing 4-4. Fuller had a mid-pack start in moto one and was in fifth at the end of lap one. He charged and overtook third on lap four. He got into a battle with Haagsma on lap seven and dropped to fourth where he remained until the checkers.

Moto two went similar for Fuller as he was again in fifth on lap one. He was able to take over fourth on lap three and rode the rest of his race relatively unchallenged. Fuller is currently ranked eighth in the class.

Yamaha’s Josh Row rounded out the top five. Row finished 2-8. Row lead the first three laps of moto one before losing the lead to his teammate on lap four. Row continued to charge in the second position and crossed the checkers nearly eight seconds ahead of third. Row ran into issues in moto two and finished in eighth place. He is currently ranked fourth in the class points.
Arizona local, Evan Spooner, went 7-6 to claim sixth in the class. He was followed by Tanner Gemperle, Dylan Dixon and Collins Webster.

The seventh round of the Yamaha Quad X Series will be held Sunday October 27th at The Ranch in Anza, California. The racing action guarantees to be exciting as less than ten points separate the top three racers. And with the championship on the line, there is no doubt that Nelson, Haagsma and Baron will pull out all the stops at The Ranch.
