2013 Yamaha / Quad-X Racing Series Round #5 - Glen Helen San Bernardino, California June 7, 2013

Yamaha’s Dustin Nelson rounded out the top five for the round. Nelson had a good start in moto one and was in second on lap one. He experienced issues on the second lap and dropped to ninth. He rallied and charged through the pack, moving to eighth on lap four and then seventh on lap eight.

Nelson finished in seventh. Moto two went better with Nelson earning fourth. He had a good start and worked his way into the fourth spot; he remained there until the checkers.  Nelson is currently ranked third in the Pro class.

Collins Webster placed sixth in both Pro motos earning him sixth Overall	Dillon Dixon placed seventh overall with a score card of 5-7 at Glen Helen Motocross

Collins Webster raced his Can-Am to a sixth place finish after riding to 6-6 finishes in the motos. Webster has shown great consistency this season and is currently ranked sixth in the class. Dylan Dixon tied his season best finish with another seventh place. He went 5-7 at the round and currently holds seventh in points. Tanner Gemperle and Garrin Fuller finished eighth and ninth respectably. Gemperle went 4-8 on his Yamaha and Fuller went 8-9.

The Yamaha Quad X Series will break for summer and return Saturday September 7, 2013. The sixth round will be held at Canyon MX in Peoria, Arizona. The racing will be intense as David Haagsma looks to regain the center of the box with racers like Beau Baron and Dustin Nelson hot on his heels to take it from him.
