OMA Fasst Co.'s Aarol
Bright Wins Hang Man XC
::Continued::
The pair of Bright and Pitts was now locked in
a heated battle for the lead that had the crowd
cheering every time they came through the Pro-Pits.
As the laps wore on K&N/ Pitts would make
pass attempts on Bright, but could never find
a line that would allow a clean pass and the two
would seem to have bumpers locked as they entered
the Pro-pits.
JE Pistons/Cometic Gaskets backed John Pitts
was happy after the race and said “It was
a really fun race. There was nowhere I could pass
and Aarol was running a good pace. We were having
fun out there. It was a great day of racing and
not nearly as muddy as we thought it was going
to be.”
Aarol Bright would run a clean race up front
and never allow Pitts any room
to take the lead as he claimed his first OMA Pro
ATV National win. “It was
a good track, I got second off the start and Jones
clipped a tree right
there off the bat and I just lead the rest of
the race after that. It was
really slick till about half way through the race
and it started to dry up
a little bit and it was really good after that”,
stated a happy Aarol
Bright after the race.
Fourth place would go to Phillip Wall after a
comeback from the early race
mistake and Holeshot winner WKC Powersports/ Ockerman
Racing’s Bo Jones
would round out the top Five with a strong run
in his first OMA Pro-ATV
Class race.
Round four of the OMA Pro-ATV National is set
for Rio Grand Ohio. See you
there.
