#270 Josh
Creamer once again claimed the 2nd spot
in the Pro-Am Production class on his
DS450
|
In the Pro-Am class, the first moto Creamer took
second off the start. Creamer held down his spot
and took second for the first moto. In the second
Pro-Am moto, Creamer had a tough start in ninth
behind Miller. Following Miller, Creamer worked
his way through the pack to fourth.
When Miller hit a false neutral going over
a jump, Creamer was able to make the pass to
take the third spot. Creamer then charged ahead,
passing Plante, and looking to chase down Wimmer.
Creamer ran out of time and took second again,
giving him second overall in the Pro-Am class.
“I think we’re going to have some
really great battles out front, between at least
myself, Miller and Wimmer. You can’t count
out Jasmin Plante and other guys like that”
remarked Creamer.

#22 BCS
Performance's Cody Miller claimed the
3rd Spot in both Pro Motos for a third
overall finish
|
Last season’s Pro and Pro-Am Champion, Cody
Miller returns on his BCS Performance/Can-Am DS
450. Miller held his position in third from start
to finish in the first pro moto with hardly any
battles. In the second pro moto, Miller faced
off with Jason Dunkelberger for the third position
during the first lap.
Once he was able to get in front of Dunkelberger,
Miller had Josh Creamer in his sights but was
unable to close the gap. He held down his position
giving him a third overall for the day.
Miller was in eighth off the start in the first
Pro-Am moto, but quickly worked his way up to
fourth behind Jasmin Plante. Miller worked hard
to try and get by Plante but couldn’t
find a way. Miller commented “It was really
hard for me to pass out there, and Jasmin’s
a good rider.” Unable to make a pass,
Miller would finish fourth.

In
Pro-Am Moto 2, Miller had his work cut
out for him as he got off to a mid-pack
start with Josh Creamer in chase. Miller
attempted to hold-off Creamer to take
2nd Overall, but a miss shift allowed
Creamer to make the pass, which had Miller
finishing once again in third overall
after an exciting battle |
In the second Pro-Am moto, Miller started out
with another start in eighth. With Creamer right
behind him, they battled up into the third and
fourth positions. Unfortunately, Miller hit
a false neutral, which allowed Creamer to pass
him on a jump. Miller ended up taking third
overall.
