Dirt Track ATV Racing - Round 4- Race Report::Continued::
The Pro-Am main would get started and would see
the racers battling it out for the first major
race of the day. #6 Justin Frindt would come out
and take the Pro-Am holeshot followed by Brian
Ace, Eric Jennings, and Kris ‘Tiffer’
                                Bures.

                                  | #6
Justin Frindt grabbed the Pro-Am Holeshot
followed by #338 Brian Ace | Yamaha Banshee mounted Delancey would take a
nasty hit off the kicker on one of the infield
straights results in an over-the-bars dismount.
He would require medical treatment and would be
tended to by paramedics who would then take him
to the local hospital. During this time the other
pro-am racers would await the return of the ambulance
                                before the racing action resumed.

Racing's #338 Brian Ace grabbed the restart
holeshot | Upon the restart, the racers were lined back
up as they were in their perspective running orders
but this time would see #338 PEP/Baldwins’
Brian Ace come away with the holeshot. Ace would
then have to go back to the starting line as,
yet again, another crash would red flag the race.
This time it was the #6 Justin Frindt getting
into #21 Kris Bures in the first corner, which
would result in Bures getting thrown from his
Tru-Way Racing 450R. Bures was injured from the
dismount, and he would sit out the rest of the
event. Brian Ace would once again come out swinging
and mount a charge to stay in the lead, which
is exactly what he did as he would come away with
the victory taking the checkered flag after 15
dusty laps later. #401 Factory ESJ racer Eric Jennings would come
out of the holeshot in the top 5 and work his
way into the second spot by the end of the race.
For the majority of the 15-lapper, Jennings and
#16 Howie Motorsports’ Ed Howie would do
battle until Jennings was able to slip a wheel
in just before the big banked oval section of
the short course. “My bike was running really
good but the track here is just so slick and I
was getting held up here and there but I was happy
to move up and give Ace a run,” said Eric
                                after the race.

Jennings made the pass on #16 Ed Howie to
                                      take over the 2nd spot | #92
Michael Houghton claimed the final spot
on the Podium | #92 Baldwin Motorsports’ Michael Houghton
was again out for a spot on the box for this weekend
and he accomplished that as he would come away
with a 3rd place spot after fighting his way through
the dust at Path Valley. Houghton would put his
PEP shocks to work to clear the first big jump
of the infield and then slide around the tight
right hander and up over the freshly built off
camber. Michael would then slide his way past
the #6 Kawasaki of Justin Frindt and the #16 TRX450R
of Ed Howie to seal the deal on his 3rd place
                                finish.
