After finishing second at the AMA MAXC Opening Round co-sectioned by KCCR in Canaan, IN, #744 Kevin Cunningham made the trip south to Hardwicks Creek for KCCR Round 2. Cunningham was able to grab the Holeshot in the Pro AA Class to grab the early lead. Despite getting hung up and losing the lead briefly, Cunningham was able to put down an impressive charge to regain the lead to earn the win in the Pro AA Class by ten minutes ahead of second place.

“I started off good and I got the Holeshot. I just wanted to put my head down and go with the flow and try to get out front and pace myself. I ended up getting hung up around the 2-mile marker and three guys got around. I got back inline and got around them and tried to ride smart. I ended up getting a good win out of it” stated PKG Motorsports Kevin Cunningham
