Am-Pro / Yamaha’s Walker Fowler got off to a rough start; a tangle in the first turn sent the young racer flipping before coming to rest with his Yamaha on top of him. Fowler recovered quickly and caught the pack of XC1 racers when they entered the woods. The setback made a lot of work for the Ohio racer; the dust was extremely thick and he had a pack of 13 other Pro racers to work through.
