Patrick McGuire - Yamaha YFZ450R ATV
ITP's Patrick McGuire grabbed the early lead in the XC2 Pro-Am ATV Class to take the win at GNCC Round 7
In the Pro-am class, Patrick McGuire got a great start and led his class from start to finish, taking the Pro-am win.

Matt Hanna was also looking strong in the Pro-am class as he rode in a solid second place from start to finish for second in his class.

Blake Kramer was in the top five heading into the second lap and quickly moved into third from there and held on to round out the top three in the Pro-am class.

Eric Hoyland did not get the start he was looking for and was in the number twelve spot going into the second lap. Hoyland put the hammer down and charged his way to a fourth place finish.

Mike Sroka got a good start in fourth and held his position for two laps before falling back to sixth. Sroka remounted a charge and was able to move into fifth before reaching the checkered flag.

In the morning classes, Dave Simmons took the Super Senior win and topped the morning podium, while 4x4 Lites class racer, Kevin Trantham claimed his class win and joined Simmons on the podium in second. Traci Cecco claimed another win in the Women’s class and finished third overall for the morning classes.

Bryan Buckhannon took another win in the 4x4 Open class and Cliff Beasley still remains undefeated in the U2 class.

Round eight of the 2012 GNCC series will head to Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia on June 23rd for what will be an all-out battle for the top spot on the podium
