The C classes saw a different winner in each class.
Bill Stuart of Forsyth, MO built a big lead in the Production
C main and it was needed as he tired by the end of the
8th lap and was holding on with his wrist to fend off
hard charging 2nd place finisher Wade Beavers. Kevin
Nokes followed close behind Suart and Beavers for a
3rd place finish. The 4-Stroke C class saw Jason Prevatte
take the checkered flag while Chris Blackburn won the
265C class. Nathan Broich followed both these riders
while taking 2nd in both classes and James Beckett and
Cody Douglas finished 3rd.
In the women’s class Bethany Clayton of Marble
Hill, MO grabbed the holeshot and built a lead over
the first seven laps only to see it go away as she tired
throughout the 10 laps. As Clayton began to tire Paula
Shank took the lead in lap 7. Shank began to pull away
while Clayton remained in 2nd until she gave way to
Amanda Howe and Lexi Wren in the last turn before the
checkered flag.
Jeff Hillian and son Daniel both took an age class
victory with dad taking the veteran 40+ holeshot and
never looking back while the younger Hillian won the
16-24 age group. Other age class winners were Gabe Ellett,
Veteran 30+, and Keith Jenkins took the Plus 25 class.
