#71
Nathan Wolff held on to secure the Pro-Am
Unlimited Class Win |
The Pro-am Unlimited class was a good one for Nathan
Wolff. The number 71 Honda charged off the start
and found himself in the early lead. Even after
coming under fire from Brad Riley, Wolff was able
to hang on and take the Pro-am Unlimited win, his
first win of the season.
“I had a really good race. Brad was giving
me a challenge out there, but I was able to hold
him off and take the win. It feels great to get
the first win and I am really stoked to be on
the podium,” said Wolff.

#27
Brad Riley finally was able to make the
pass on #25 Chuckie Creech in the Pro-Am
Unlimited Class to take the 2nd spot followed
by Creech in third |
Brad Riley had a good start but the rough track
combined with his injuries kept him from his full
potential. Despite feeling a bit sore, Riley battled
with Chuck Creech for several laps before making
the pass. Riley began to close the gap on Wolff,
but Riley ran out of time before the checkered flag,
and claimed the second spot on the podium.
Chuckie Creech made his third podium appearance
of the night as he charged his way to the number
three spot on the Pro-am Unlimited podium. “I
had a really good race and it was a lot of fun
out there. Brad and I have been battling all night
and that just makes it even better for me. I really
happy to be on the podium for the third time and
I’m hoping to do it again for the next round,”
said Creech.

Rath Racing’s Daryl Rath had a good race
in the Pro-am Unlimited class as he charged his
way into the number four position at the checkered
flag. Dustin Hoffman also looked good as he was
able to round out the top five. Ryan Kaufman hung
in there for sixth place, while Paula Shank finished
with seventh place. Jesse Rutherford settled in
for eighth and Michael Houghton finished in ninth,
while Jared Hulliung rounded out the top ten.
ATVRiders.com would like to extend our condolences
to Kirby Cooke and his family as Cooke was absent
from this round due to the passing of his grandfather.
Charlie Calloway was also absent for round two,
but his reasons were a little different as he
was welcoming a new baby to his family, so congratulations
goes out to the Calloway family.
The next round of the Extreme Dirt Track Series
will be a double header. Rounds three and four
will be held at Sioux Valley Cycle Club in Sioux
Falls, SD on June 29th – 30th where the
points battled will heat up as the series heads
to its midway point.
