Mushin
Racing's Travis Moore was the final rookie
in the Top 10 with a 9th Place finish ahead
of Harold Goodman |
Chase Snapp was looking good in his pro rookie debut,
making his way past fellow rookie Travis Moore and
several others to finish eighth in moto one. Snapp
got a better start in moto two and was running in
fifth, but soon came under fire from Jeremy Lawson
and Joe Byrd. Snapp tried his best to hang on, but
fell back to finish in eighth place, putting him
in eighth overall.
Mushin Racing's Travis Moore was looking strong
with a mid pack start in moto one, but he began
to fade at the midway point, to finish in ninth.
Moore started out moto two in a solid sixth place,
but fell back to ninth before reaching the checkered
flag.

Rage
ATV's # 708 Harold Goodman grabbed the
Moto 2 Holeshot by edging out Baldwin's
#20 Josh Upperman

Houser Racing's Harold Goodman was toward the
back off the start, but the veteran racer worked
his way into tenth before reaching the moto one
checkered flag. In the second moto, Goodman, who
is know for getting good starts, grabbed the holeshot
and led briefly before Chad Wienen came calling.
Goodman hung on for a tenth place finish, allowing
him to round out the top ten overall.

Yamaha's
Thomas Brown ran into issues both Motos,
which kept him out of the Top 10 |
Yamaha's Thomas Brown ran into mechanical issues
in both motos landing him with a couple of 15th
place finishes.
Ronnie Higgerson held on to take 12-12 finishes.
Adam Clark would go 13-14, while Marc Winchester
claimed 14-13 finishes.
Johnathon Ven John who finished 11th in the first
moto, ran into issues in the second moto and would
end up in 15th.
The second round of the 2011 AMA ATV Motocross
Championships will be heading to Pell City. AL
on March 19th-20th where The Can-Am/Motoworks
team will have their work cut out for them as
they try to keep up their winning momentum.
