(1/9/2007) - The WPSA
PowerSports ATV Tour schedule has been revised for
2007, but there will still be 10 races at eight venues,
but instead of the season kicking off at Raceway Park
in New Jersey on April 14th, the opening round will
be in Georgia on April 28th, and several of the other
rounds and locations have been pushed back as well.
Also, the season will now wrap-up in Fairfield County,
SC on September 15-16th.
Finally, the “Spring Training” has been
shortened to only two rounds with it still beginning
at Cooperland Raceway, but the date has been pushed
back to April 7-8th, and it will be followed by Virginia
Motorsports Park in Petersburg, VA on April 21st.
An official press release is expected from the WPSA
within the next few days outlining all the changes
and the reasoning behind the changes.
