Can-Am Team
Signs GNCC Pro Racer, #2 Chris Borich
Reynolds, GA (4/30//2007) -
Warnert Racing announces that GNCC Pro Racer, #2 Chris
Borich, has signed with the Can-Am team to compete in
the WPSA Quad terrain Challenge for the remainder of
2007 when the races don’t conflict with the Can-Am
GNCC series.
Chris Borich has gained control of the Pro points lead
in the GNCC Series with his third consecutive win of
the season this past weekend at Loretta Lynn’s,
and the next round will be held in two weeks in Milfield,
OH, which conflicts with the WPSA scheduled in Taylorville,
IL, so Borich main focus will remain GNCC racing and
the opportunity to win his first ever Pro GNCC Championship.
WPSA race fans will need to wait till June to see Borich
compete with his Warnert Racing Team at Cooperland in
Oklahoma for the first of two Double Header rounds of
the WPSA Series, and Borich is expected to quickly be
a threat on the track for a win based on several impressive
finishes in the 2006 WPSA Quad Terrain Challenge.
