With his 2nd year on board of the DS 450, Mick
Roycroft will be a force to be reckoned with
for the 2009 season. During his debut season
in 2008 Mick won numerous championships and
podium title finishes aboard his DS 450x.
This year like last Mick Roycroft will be running
with his personally owned factory backed privateer
team. Team MotoX Nutrition Can-am will be attending
all major East Coast ATV MX and Off-road series
races in Australia.
Mick has employed the help of one of Australia’s
best Veteran riders, Rob Booth to contest both
the Veteran class and the Expert Classes aboard
his factory prepped DS 450 X. Team MXN wishes
Mick a successful year.
GNCC Pro & MXN rider Taylor Kiser won round
1 of the GNCC series and placed 2nd at round 2.
With a 4th place finish at Steel creek, he's has
taken over 1st place for overall points with a
tight 3 point lead over Factory Suzuki rider Chris
Borich.
GNCC Pro & MXN rider Bryan Cook captured
the win at Round #3 in Steele Creek after battling
from back and forth with Factory KTM rider Adam
McGill. Congrats to Bryan, his consistent hard
work is really paying off.
WORCS Pro- Josh Frederick did really well at
WORCS Rnd #2 in Adelanto, Ca, taking his second
consecutive win. The reigning champ always puts
on an amazing performance and pushes 100% effort
every minute he’s is on the track.
ATVA MX star Josh Creamer took a 1st moto win
and 2nd overall at Round #1 of the ATVA MX Nationals
at Glen Helen this month.
WORCS Pro ATV Motoworks team consisting of
Josh Frederick and Jeremie Warnia finished 1/2
at Lake Havasu, while Doug Eichner rounded out
the top 5 for the MXN west coast supported team.
TEAM MXN had a total of 5 riders in the top
10 including John Shafe-7th, Jorie Williams-9th,
and Justin Waters getting his first Pro top
10 finish.
More news- Moto X Nutrition riders Jorie Williams,
Brandon Brown and Nick Nelson (quad magazine)
raced the BAJA 250 where they represented MXN
below the border. Look out for this team to
keep improving, and with a bit of bike luck,
they will be brining home a victory in the future.
